Albumolic operates a music platform built around full-album commerce, artist communities, fan engagement, superfan access, and contractual album royalty participation.
This Privacy Policy explains how Albumolic collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you use our website, mobile applications, album unlock features, fan accounts, artist communities, superfan features, Album Royalty Shares, payment systems, payout systems, resale features, and related services.
Albumolic is not a traditional music streaming service. A central part of the platform is direct artist-fan relationship building. When you engage with an artist, certain information about you may be made available to that artist or to the artist's authorized team.
Artist access may include your name, email address, phone number if provided, general location, purchase activity, engagement activity, superfan status, and Album Royalty Share ownership analytics.
Artists may use fan information only for approved artist-fan relationship purposes. Artists may not sell, rent, broker, resell, exploit, misuse, or disclose fan data for unauthorized purposes.
By using Albumolic, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy.
